Monday, May 29th, 2006Well it finally had to happen, the American Idol contestant I liked won the show. As I said before all of the AI contestant I liked ended up as runner up. So before the finale I was going around saying I liked Kat McPhee to unjinx my fav Idol. Seems to work thoughh… The spastic, prematurely gray, not thin,
harmonica-playing, non-sequitur-shouting former bar singer won the fifth American Idol.
After being a self confessed American Idol fanatic, it must be curious that I do not like Akedemi Fantasia. As not to offend any AF fans out there, let’s just leave it that I will be enjoying a traffic free and empty Kuala Lumpur Saturdays for the next few months.
Well, I have been spending most of my days, nights and weekend at the Putrajaya International Convention Centre doing my duty as the technical advisor to the rapporteur team. Man, a lot of sleepless nights. And it is only Tuesday, tomorrow it’s back to the office for work. It has been a long week. Need sleep, need to watch summer movies… sigh!
